Field trip sign-ups will be at the beginning of each semester and sent through email one month prior to the trip.

If you did not sign up in person, you must call or e-mail the contact person to sign-up for a field trip.  If something were to happen and you cannot attend the field trip, please call the contact person and let her know so that she will not be waiting for you at the appointed meeting time.  It is our goal to provide all field trip attendees a reminder along with any necessary information, such as directions, via e-mail or phone.

Remember:  Because we are representing Christ first and HELPS second,  please be on your best behavior on field trips: stay with the group, dress decently, listen carefully, speak respectfully, avoid rowdiness, no gum, express gratitude to the hosts. It makes a difference!
